Learner Licence और Permanent Licence में क्या अंतर है?

भारत में दो प्रकार के Licence प्रदान किये जाते हैं Learner Licence और Permanent Licence,  Learner Licence की वैधता मात्र 6 महीने की होती है और ये licence उन नागरिकों को दिया जाता है जिन्होंने अभी हाल ही में गाड़ी सीखनी शुरू की है, Learner Licence मिलने के एक महीने बाद ही Permanent Licence दिया जाता है, लेकिन Permanent Licence को प्राप्त करने के लिए लिखित और प्रैक्टिकल परीक्षा भी पास करनी होती है.

Learner Licence के नियम

*Learner Licence की वैधता मात्र 6 महीने होती है हालांकि इसके एक महीने बाद ही Permanent Licence के लिए आवेदन किया जा सकता है.

*क्योंकि Learner Licence आपको गाड़ी सीखने के उद्देश्य से दिया जाता है, इसलिए नियम ये है की जब भी आप गाड़ी चलायें तो आपके साथ एक ऐसे व्यक्ति का भी होना अनिवार्य है जिसे गाड़ी चलाने का अनुभव रखता हो और उसके पास Permanent Licence भी हो, अन्यथा आपका चालान भी कट सकता है.

Age Limit to Obtain Driving Licence

Licence के आवेदन के लिए Age Group को तीन भागों में बांटा गया है:-

    

  i) 16 Year Age Group:- इस Age Group के लिए माता-पिता या गार्जियन के Declaration के बाद ही 55cc इंजन  तक की  गाड़ी चलाने का Licence दिया जाता है.

  ii) 18 Year Age Group:- इस Age Group के आवेदकों को Transport वाहन को छोड़ कर अन्य वाहनों के licence जारी किया जाता है.

 iii)  20 Year Age Group:- इस Age Group के आवेदकों सभी वाहनों का Licence जारी किया जाता है.

How to Print Learning Driving Licence | लर्निंग लाइसेंस कैसे निकालें..?

1. Learning Licence को निकालने के लिए फ़ोन या कंप्यूटर के किसी भी ब्राउज़र के सर्च बार में सर्च करेंगे  "Print Learner Licence."

2. प्राप्त रिजल्ट से parivahan.gov.in की website open करेंगे.

3. परिवहन का Webpage खुल जायेगा, यहाँ Online Services के tab में Driving Licence Related Services को ओपन करेंगे.

4. अब हमें राज्य Select करने के लिए कहा जायेगा, हम अपना राज्य Select कर लेंगे.

5. राज्य Select करने के बाद अगले Webpage में Learner Licence के tab में Print Learner Licence को Open करके Proceed कर देंगे.

6. अब जो Webpage खुल कर आयेगा उसमें Application Number जो आवेदन के समय मिला था और जन्मतिथि मांगेगा उसे डाल कर Submit करेंगे, Registered Mobile Number पर एक OTP प्राप्त होगा.

OTP डाल कर Submit करते ही हमें Learning Licence प्राप्त हो जायेगा.

How residents can raise the request for “Aadhaar PVC Card”?

 

"Aadhaar PVC Card" request can be raised by visiting the UIDAI Official Website or Resident Portal (http://www.uidai.gov.in or https://resident.uidai.gov.in).

Using 12 digits Aadhaar Number (UID) or 16 digits Virtual Identification Number (VID) or 28 digits Enrollment ID. Request can be raised using registered or non-registered mobile number.

 

Registered Mobile Number, where OTP/TOTP will be received on Registered Mobile number.

Non-Registered /Alternate Mobile Number, where OTP will be received on Non-Registered/ Alternate Mobile number.
