Download and Install Flash File (type Blackberry Firmware on Google)

After Installation Setup of Blackberrry Mobile According to Model no.

Go to C drive of your Computer.

Open Programe File.

Open Common Files.

Open Research in Motion.

Open App loader.

Delete Vendor file

(If you will not delete Vendor file, phone will locked as country lock)

After Delete Vendor File Scroll Up and Open Loader.
Connect Mobile to PC and Click on Next.
